Founded in 1992, Unisource is one of Florida’s prominent commercial Foodservice Equipment marketing organizations supporting the manufacturing, design, procurement, and operations channels. Unisource’s emphasis on Culinary dates back to its inception with the introduction of the Culinary Center, the first of its kind, providing clients with hands-on application and knowledge with regards to the latest equipment technologies. Staying true to roots, the evolution of Unisource expanded on their Culinary experience offering segment specific seminars and providing resources for adapting today’s equipment technologies with current operational practices to bridge transition gaps. The founding partners journey into the foodservice industry began in 1945 as one the the first manufacturers of commercial refrigeration. Divested in the mid 70’s the Raymond/Costantini family is honored that their legacy remains one of the industry’s most recognized refrigeration brands today.
